§ 11.24.050. Denial.

In the event that the police chief or deputy determines that in any event the issuance of the parade permit would irreconcilably conflict with public safety, result in riot or civil disorder beyond the power of the Longmont Police to reasonably control, then, within 12 hours of the application, the police chief or deputy shall issue a written statement of denial setting forth the basis for denial.
