§ 13.04.210. Permits—Time valid—Extensions.

Latest version.
  • Each permit application shall state the starting date and the estimated completion date; the permit shall be valid only for the time period so specified. If the work is not completed during the specified period, the applicant may apply to the public works/water utilities director for an extension. An extension may be refused by the public works/water utilities director if the public works/water utilities director finds that the work under the original permit, or as extended, has not been satisfactorily performed. The public works/water utilities director may require additional financial security as a condition for granting of any such requested extension.
