§ 13.04.230. Permits—Transferability—Use of specified worksite—Subcontracting—Availability at worksite.

Permits shall not be transferable or assignable and work shall not be performed in any place other than that specified in the permit. The applicant may subcontract the work to be performed under a permit; provided, that the holder of the permit shall be and remain responsible for the performance of the work under the permit, and all insurance and financial security, as required. A copy of the permit shall be available for inspection upon demand at the job site at all times.
