§ 13.36.010. Purpose.

The dedication provisions are intended to provide for the dedication of property, easements and/or rights to the same for the purpose of providing safe and appropriate land usage, public utilities and facilities, and transportation corridors in conformance with the Longmont Area Comprehensive Plan and with the standards of the city as set forth in the various regulations adopted by the city or as indicated in this chapter.
