§ 13.36.030. Easements—Utility.

The city may require utility easements in order to provide service to property and shall not provide service until such time as adequate easements for the same are granted, subject to the standards of the department requesting the same. Copies of the recorded grant of easement shall be submitted to the public works division. Any subsequent subdivision plats of the property shall include all easements dedicated by separate document.
