§ 14.04.190. System development fees—Taps in association with building permits and certificates of occupancy.

The owner or developer shall pay the system development fee and surcharge on water fees for each water tap in accordance with Code sections 14.04.160 and 14.04.210 respectively and also in accordance with Code chapters 4.72 and 4.78.
