§ 16.08.030. Article 210.8(A) amended dwelling units.

Article 210.8(A) of the National Electrical Code is amended to read as follows:
Exception to (2): On a 15 or 20 amp circuit, a single yoke non-G.F.C.I. protected receptacle located in the garage ceiling may be installed for a garage door opener.

Exception to (5): On a 15 or 20 amp circuit, a single yoke non-G.F.C.I. protected receptacle located in the mechanical room ceiling may be installed for an automatic damper device.

Exception to (6): A dedicated 20 amp circuit with single yoke non-G.F.C.I. protected receptacle for a refrigerator appliance.
