§ 16.16.010. International Plumbing Code including Appendix Chapters B, C, D, E and F adopted.

Pursuant to C.R.S. tit. 31, art. 16, pt. 2, as amended, and article IV, Municipal Charter of the City of Longmont, Colorado, there is adopted as the plumbing code of the city, by reference thereto, the International Plumbing Code, 2018 Edition, including Appendix chapters B, C, D, E and F, published by the International Code Council, Inc., 4051 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, IL 60478, that code to have the same force and effect as if set forth in this chapter in every particular, save and except such portions as are added, amended, deleted, or replaced in this chapter. All references in this Code to the International Plumbing Code are to the edition referenced above.
