§ 16.32.420. Section 5003.3.1 replaced—Unauthorized discharges.

Section 5003.3.1 of the International Fire Code is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
5003.3.1 Unauthorized discharges. The owner or person in possession or control of any property, or the person in possession or control of any hazardous materials, shall immediately notify the fire department when any unauthorized discharge of hazardous material occurs. The following procedures are required in accordance with sections 5003.3.1.1 through 5003.3.1.4.
