§ 16.44.070. Violation—Penalty.
Latest version.
Any person, firm or corporation violating or permitting a violation of this Code commits a separate offense for each day or part of a day the violation exists. Offenses are punishable according to chapter 1.12.
Any violation of this Code is also a public nuisance, which a court of competent jurisdiction shall enjoin. The city attorney may also obtain legal or equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
