§ 20.04.010. Statutory authorization.

The Legislature of the State of Colorado has, in C.R.S. tit. 29, art. 20, delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the City Council of Longmont, Colorado, does hereby adopt the following floodplain management regulations.
