§ 2.04.050. Registration of voters—City clerk duty—Time limit.

  • A.

    The city clerk, serving as a deputy county clerk and recorder for purposes of registration in the city pursuant to C.R.S. § 31-10-204, shall register any qualified elector residing in Boulder or Weld County who appears in person at the city clerk's office at any time after 45 days following any general election and up to 25 days before any election.

    B.

    Registration books shall be open for registration daily during city business hours, but no registration shall be accepted later than 25 days prior to any election.
