§ 2.04.070. Use of county/city registration lists mandated.

Municipal elections held within the city shall not be subject to the registration lists provisions contained in C.R.S. § 31-10-205 and all elections held within the city shall be based upon the consolidated registration books of Boulder or Weld County and the city; and prior to voting, no additional identification shall be required of the voter other than the registration sheets.
