§ 2.08.040. Violations of Code—Process.

Except as this Code otherwise expressly states, prosecution of any of the provisions of this Code setting forth a penalty, which upon conviction, may be administered by the Municipal Court, shall be as set forth in the Colorado Municipal Court Rules of Procedure and applicable provisions of the Colorado Revised Statutes.
