§ 2.20.150. City publications and materials—Determination and charging of fees for costs.

The city manager shall cause a survey to be made of the costs to the city of furnishing printed materials, copies, codes, documents and other materials other than criminal justice records, furnished to and at the request of members of the public. The city manager shall establish, and from time to time revise, the reasonable cost of such to the city, including materials and personnel costs. The costs shall be collected from persons receiving such materials.
