§ 2.40.020. Composition—Taking and distribution of minutes.

A.

The water board shall consist of five members to be appointed by the city council to overlapping five-year terms.

B.

To coordinate water board action with city council action, the city manager, or a designee and a member of the city council to be appointed by the mayor shall serve as nonvoting members.
