§ 3.04.590. Appeal of disciplinary actions—Failure to follow procedure—Representation.

    If the employee fails to abide by any part of the appeal procedure as outlined in section 3.04.580, then the employee shall be conclusively deemed to have waived and abandoned same. Time limits may be waived or extended, however, by the written mutual consent of the employee and the human resources director.

    B.

    An employee may represent himself or herself in the appeal or may choose to be represented by another person.
