§ 3.04.620. Paid holidays—Certain employees excepted.

All regular employees on a pay status receiving any pay on the scheduled workday immediately prior to and immediately after the holiday shall be accorded holiday leave as listed in section 3.04.610(A), with the exception of employees who work in departments where continuous operation is necessary to provide adequate service to the public.
