§ 3.04.770. Injury and occupational disease leave—Eligibility for other leaves upon exhaustion.

  • Upon exhausting paid injury and occupational disease leave, the employee may take any accrued vacation leave, sick leave or family and medical leave, or may seek approval for leave without pay, according to the ordinances and regulations governing each type of leave.
