§ 4.04.170. Other than monthly sales reports—Director's power to accept.

Latest version.
  • If the accounting methods regularly employed by the retailer in the transaction of business, or the conditions are such that reports of sale made on a calendar-month basis will impose unnecessary hardship, the director of finance may, upon request of the retailer, accept reports at such intervals as will, in the director's opinion, better suit the convenience of the tax filer and will not jeopardize the collection of the tax.
