§ 4.20.030. Uses of moneys.

Payments from the fund for claims against the city for civil liabilities in tort, payment of insurance premiums insuring the city against such tort liability or otherwise bonding of such employees against tort liabilities which may be asserted against the city may be disbursed from the special fund created by section 4.80.010.
