§ 6.04.080. Suspension or revocation—Immediate suspension when—Hearing.

In the event that the notice provided for in section 6.04.070 sets forth that the activity conducted pursuant to the license constitutes an immediate threat to public health, safety or welfare, the notice shall contain the order of the city clerk or designee forthwith suspending the affected license and providing for a hearing, within three business days of the order, for the licensee to show cause why the license should not be suspended or revoked.
