§ 6.08.040. Form—Posting—Not transferable.

Each license shall be numbered and shall show the name, residence and place and character of business of the licensee and shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the place of business for which it is issued. No license shall be transferable relating to this chapter or chapter 4.04 relating to sales and use tax.
