§ 6.08.080. Failure to secure license.

Any person required to obtain a sales and use tax license without having secured a license therefor, shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter, and shall be punished accordingly. The city attorney is also authorized to pursue any appropriate civil remedy to obtain compliance herewith before any court of competent jurisdiction.
