§ 6.56.030. License—Bond required—Conditions.

  • Any person applying for a license as a pawnbroker shall execute a bond to the city in the penal sum of $1,000.00, with a surety approved by the risk manager, conditioned that the party so licensed shall faithfully observe and keep all the provisions of this Code relating to pawnbrokers, and will pay all damages that may accrue to any person by reason of any fraud, deceit or misconduct in managing the business.
