§ 7.04.135. Dead animals.

Except as this Code otherwise expressly permits, it is unlawful for any person to dispose of a dead animal within the city limits. Such animals shall be taken to a licensed veterinarian and cremated or taken beyond the city limits and disposed of at a rendering plant or at some other suitable facility.
