§ 9.04.110. Transportation of garbage.

No person shall use any vehicle to transport manure, garbage, swill or offal in any highway, street or alley unless such vehicle is fitted with a substantial tight box thereon, so that no portion of such filth will be scattered or thrown into such highway, street or alley.
