§ 9.20.080. Hand-washing facilities.

  • All killing and processing rooms shall be equipped with hand-washing facilities with hot and cold running water, soap and individual towels. Such hand-washing facilities shall not be used for the washing of saws, cleavers, knives or other meat-cutting equipment.
