§ 9.24.020. Certain power lines—Crossing or approaching with certain devices restricted.

  • It is unlawful for any person to construct or maintain a radio antenna, guy wire or other such device in such a manner as to cross over, or, when not crossing, to approach nearer than four feet to, any power or electric line or wire delivering a voltage equal to or greater than 240 volts.
