§ 13.08.060. Notices—Multiple parties—Expiration of publication constitutes completion.

In case of the publication of either of the notices mentioned in this chapter, the names of two or more persons may be mentioned in a single notice and such service shall be deemed good as to all the parties named therein, and such service shall be deemed complete at the expiration of the time of publication as mentioned in sections 13.08.030 and 13.08.050.
