§ 14.04.040. Director of public works and natural resources—Reports to city manager—Monthly reports to city council.

The director of public works and natural resources shall report to the city manager as required, and the city manager shall keep the city council advised of the operating and financial condition and future needs of the water department and shall prepare and submit each month to the city council a report covering the activities of the water utility, including a statement of revenues and expenditures for the preceding month.
