§ 14.04.180. System development fees—Separate services.

Each and every water service shall be separately metered, and the system development fee shall be charged according to schedules by customer user classification as set forth in section 14.04.160. At Vance Brand Municipal Airport, notwithstanding that system development fees are charged by master meter under subsection 14.04.160.A.6, charges for consumption under section 14.04.100 and for monthly service under section 14.04.120 shall be assessed based on separate meters for each and every water service.
