§ 14.04.430. Interference with utility unlawful.

  • It is unlawful for any person, save those charged with the responsibility of the management of the water utility or employees of the water utility or the grounds upon which the same is constructed, to tap any mains or to make connections therewith, or in any manner to interfere with the utility or the property, equipment or appliances constituting the utility or any part thereof, or to meddle or interfere with any pipe, valve or appliance used to regulate the flow in the utility or any part thereof, or to change or alter the position of any valve or appliance regulating the flow of water in any pipeline.
