§ 16.20.300. Section 309.1 replaced—Infestation.

Section 309.1 of the International Property Maintenance Code is replaced with the following:
309.1. Infestation. Structures shall be kept free from infestation by rodents, insects, and other vermin. Structures in which insects, rodents, or other vermin are found shall promptly be treated using approved extermination or removal processes that will not be injurious to human health. After pest elimination, proper precautions shall be taken to prevent re-infestation.
