§ 3.04.510. Demotion.

  • Upon review by the human resources director of the facts, an executive director may demote an employee for cause to a lower classification. The cause for such a demotion shall be documented in writing and shall be submitted to the employee and to the human resources director at least three working days before the effective date of demotion.
