§ 3.04.660. Vacation leave—Use—Scheduling.

  • Vacation leave may be taken in any increments. The employee may take vacation leave if it has been accumulated. The employee may also take up to the equivalent of five work days or shifts, not to exceed 40 hours per calendar year, of vacation leave before it has accrued. New vacation leave accrual will first be applied to any vacation leave deficits. The executive director or designee shall authorize the scheduling and amount of vacation leave taken.
