§ 3.04.670. Vacation leave—Value of negative balance due upon separation and accumulation paid upon separation.

The value of any vacation leave taken by the employee, but not yet accumulated at the time of separation shall be repaid to the city by the employee in full at the employee's rate of pay in effect at the time the vacation time was taken. The value of the vacation leave taken by the employee, but not yet accumulated at the time of separation shall be deducted from the employee's final paycheck. Any vacation leave accumulated but not taken at the time of separation shall be paid in full.
