§ 3.04.840. Military leave.

  • Any regular employee serving in the Military Reserve Training or Emergency National Guard service shall be entitled to 15 calendar days of military leave per year without loss of pay, seniority, status, efficiency rating, vacation, sick leave or other benefits for the time the employee is engaged in training or service ordered by the appropriate military authority, provided that the employee who is on such military leave shall turn over to the city any compensation excluding mileage or travel or meal allowances received from the military for such services.
