§ 3.04.850. Unauthorized leave.

Any leave not authorized according to the appropriate rules set forth in this chapter shall be deemed to be an absence without pay and may be subject to disciplinary action. Any employee who absents himself or herself for three consecutive days without authorization shall be deemed to have resigned subject to review by the executive director or designee in a predisciplinary hearing.
