§ 4.08.020. Application.

Application for rebates shall be made annually by October 31 of the year of eligibility on forms to be provided by the city and shall be supported by:
A.

A copy of the applicant's LEAP eligibility letter or similar document verifying program eligibility on the basis of the applicant's income in the year immediately preceding the eligibility year; except that applicants filing a 104-PTC application with the assistance of volunteers at the senior center may instead provide a notification of acceptance for 104-PTC from the previous year.

B.

If the applicant is a homeowner, a copy of tax receipt paid during the preceding year;

C.

If the applicant is living in a rental unit, copies of rent receipts for the preceding year.
