§ 4.08.030. Administrative procedures and regulations—Authority.

The director of finance, at any time deemed by the director of finance to be necessary or proper for the purpose of enforcement or implementation, may, or may by the director of finance's authorization and through a designee, adopt, amend or rescind written procedures or regulations consistent with these rules. Such procedures or regulations shall be effective on the dates specified by the director of finance and shall be placed on record in the finance office, together with these rules, to be open to public inspection during normal working hours.
