§ 6.04.110. Suspension or revocation—Appeal.

Any appeal of the findings and orders of the hearing officer revoking or otherwise sanctioning the license shall be subject to review by the district court of the 20th Judicial District of the State of Colorado, upon application of the aggrieved party. The procedure for review shall be in accordance with Rule 106(a)(4) of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure.
