§ 6.04.120. Suspension or revocation—Collateral remedies—No refund of license fees.

The provisions herein set forth for license revocation shall not be construed to bar any collateral remedy provided in law or by this Code against the licensee, and in the event of license revocation, the licensee shall not be entitled to any refund of the license fee paid.
