§ 6.04.130. Suspension or revocation—Grounds.

  • Unless the basis for license revocation is specifically set forth in these Code provisions relating to the issuance of a particular license, a license shall be subject to revocation or suspension for fraud, misrepresentation or other deceptive practice of the licensee or the licensee's agents in the conduct of the activities carried out under the license, the creation of a public nuisance by the activity so licensed, or a showing of misrepresentation in the application for license or any renewal thereof.
