§ 9.20.170. Suspension or revocation of permit—Grounds—Investigation and public hearing.

  • In addition to any other penalty prescribed, the city council shall have power upon its own motion or on complaint, after investigation and public hearing, at which the permittee shall have an opportunity to be heard, to suspend or revoke any permit issued under this chapter for any violation by the permittee or by the permittee's agent, servant or employee, of this chapter, or of Colorado statutes governing meat-slaughtering establishments in the state.
