§ 9.20.180. Suspension or revocation of permit—Notice—Temporary suspension.

Notice of such suspension or revocation, as well as any notice of such hearing, shall be given by mailing the same in writing to the permittee at the address of the slaughtering establishment. Any permit may be temporarily suspended by the city council without notice, pending any investigation or public hearing.
