§ 9.28.010. Prohibited activities near St. Vrain River.

  • The construction or keeping of any barn, corral, poultry or turkey yard, pasture or pig sty on any place or premises of whatsoever kind, the drainage from which is capable of polluting, contaminating or rendering the water impure or unwholesome, is prohibited on the North and South Forks of the St. Vrain River, or tributaries thereof, and upon or adjacent to the banks thereof, from the points of intake of the city water supply and service pipelines to the distance of five miles above and upstream on the North and South Forks of the St. Vrain River.
