§ 9.28.020. Violation of section 9.28.010 declared nuisance.

The keeping, establishing or maintaining of any place or premises prohibited by section 9.28.010 is a nuisance and such nuisance may be abated by the city in accordance with the terms and provisions of chapter 9.04 relating to the abatement of nuisances.
