§ 14.04.400. Tapping by other than city employees unlawful.

  • It is unlawful for any person not in the employ of, or contracted by the city to make any tap less than or equal to two inches in diameter to any water line of the water utility. Approval must be granted by the director of public works and natural resources, or the director's designee, prior to making any tap greater than two inches to any water line of the water utility.
